CLC Computers have been upgraded

Chip Larouche and Erika Scarbrough have installed Windows 7 in all of the CLC computers. When you power on a CLC computer an Operating System menu appears that lets you select Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
You have 25 seconds to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select an operating system. Windows 7 is the default if you don't select.

Windows 7 was released Oct 22. If you passed on Vista, it may be time to upgrade to a new computer with Windows 7. An alternate would be to become a switcher and try Snow Leopard on the Mac.

You just never know what discussion direction Q and A or even other User Group topics will take. Don't miss any of our Monday morning meetings for lively discussions about the technology we live with.

See the CLC website for full information on CLC activities.
